List Asset Management Acquires Beneficial Interests in Two Multifamily Properties in Kawasaki and Yokohama

List Asset Management Co., Ltd. announced on December 19, 2025, that an SPC established by the company has acquired the beneficial interests in trust of two multifamily residential properties located in Kawasaki City and Yokohama City—La Maison Kawasaki Rokubankan and Mare Yokohama Shirogane—and that Restore Asset Management has been appointed as asset manager for the assets.

La Maison Kawasaki Rokubankan is an 11-story rental apartment building with 124 units located in Asahi-cho, Kawasaki Ward, Kawasaki City. The property was completed in March 2022 and is situated a six-minute walk from Minatomachi Station on the Keikyu Daishi Line and an 11-minute walk from Keikyu Kawasaki Station on the Keikyu Main Line. Mare Yokohama Shirogane is a seven-story, 54-unit residential property located in Shirogane-cho, Minami Ward, Yokohama City.
