Haruyoshi Group Relocates Tokyo Head Office to Daiwa Azabu Terrace

Haruyoshi Group, which operates a reuse business for luxury watches and jewelry, relocated its Tokyo head office on August 31, 2026, from VORT Azabu maxim in Higashi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, to the third floor of Daiwa Azabu Terrace in Minami-Azabu in the same ward.

Daiwa Azabu Terrace is an office building owned by Daiwa Office Investment Corporation that was completed in 2009 and has six floors above ground and one below. It has a typical floor plate of approximately 770 tsubo (approx. 27,400 sq. ft.) and is a nine-minute walk from Shirokane-Takanawa Station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line and Toei Mita Line. Tenants include system developer Sanwa Computer and CG animation studio Polygon Pictures. The former office building, VORT Azabu maxim, was completed in 2002, has six floors above ground and has a typical floor plate of approximately 164 tsubo (approx. 5,800 sq. ft.).
