Living Corporation to Develop Luxury Rental ‘THE PEAKS JOSUI HILLS’ in Fukuoka

Living Corporation has announced plans to develop THE PEAKS JOSUI HILLS, a luxury rental residence in Fukuoka’s Chuo Ward. This project marks the second installment in the company’s high-end rental brand, “THE PEAKS.”

The five-story building will comprise seven units configured as two- and three-bedroom apartments. Leasing activities began on August 29, with completion and move-ins scheduled for mid-February 2026.

As a subsidiary of Iida Group Holdings, Living Corporation develops investment and rental residences in urban markets. With this project, the company continues to expand its supply of high-value rental housing.
