Credo Asset Management to Develop Large-Scale Multi-Tenant Logistics Facility “CREDO Noda” in Chiba Prefecture

Credo Asset Management Co., Ltd. will develop a large-scale logistics facility, “CREDO Noda,” in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture. Construction is scheduled to commence in May 2026, with completion targeted for the end of January 2028.
The project site is located along National Route 16 and comprises a site area of approximately 16,000 tsubo (approx. 573,000 sq. ft.) and a gross floor area of approximately 37,000 tsubo (approx. 1,326,000 sq. ft.). The building will be a four-story steel-frame structure featuring a double rampway system that allows direct access to all floors. The first floor will accommodate frozen and refrigerated uses with a clear ceiling height of 6.0 meters, while the fourth floor will secure a maximum ceiling height of 6.9 meters. The second and third floors can also be configured as air-conditioned units.
The facility will provide parking for 329 passenger vehicles and 35 truck waiting spaces, with eligibility for vehicle garage certification. Minimum leasable units will start from approximately 900 tsubo (approx. 32,300 sq. ft.), enabling flexibility to meet smaller tenant requirements.
In terms of transportation access, the property is located approximately 16.3 km from the Joban Expressway’s Kashiwa IC and about 19.9 km from the Tohoku Expressway’s Iwatsuki IC, allowing truck access from both the Kashiwa and Kasukabe areas. Tobu Urban Park Line’s Kawama Station is located 2.7 km away, supporting employee commuting convenience. The facility will also include two employee cafeterias on the north and south sides of the site, as well as dedicated rest areas for truck drivers. Environmental certifications targeted include CASBEE Rank A, BELS 6-Star, and ZEB certification.
Within Chiba Prefecture, new supply of large-scale multi-tenant logistics facilities is expected to moderate, with a particularly notable decline in supply anticipated in 2027. CREDO Noda is expected to be delivered during this period of constrained new supply.
