Hybrid Technologies to Consolidate Headquarters at Daiwa Nakano-Sakaue Building

Hybrid Technologies to Consolidate Headquarters at Daiwa Nakano-Sakaue Building

Hybrid Technologies Co., Ltd. will relocate its headquarters from Ichigo Shinkawa Building in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, to Daiwa Nakano-Sakaue Building in Nakano-ku, closing its existing Shinkawa office.

Daiwa Nakano-Sakaue Building, completed in 1995, is an eight-story building with one basement level. It is a six-minute walk from Nakano-Sakaue Station on the Toei Oedo and Marunouchi lines, and an eight-minute walk from Shin-Nakano Station, offering convenient dual-station access.

Following its merger in October 2023, the company had maintained offices in both Chuo-ku and Nakano-ku. However, considering the impact of a split-office structure on cross-organizational communication and overall cost efficiency, the company decided to consolidate its headquarters. The relocation aims to strengthen internal communications across the organization while optimizing fixed costs.
