Sekisui House Reit, Inc. will acquire Esty Maison Kawasaki Honcho, a rental apartment property in Kawasaki Ward, Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, on March 26, 2026. The acquisition price is JPY 1,810 million, and the appraised value is JPY 1,970 million. The seller is COSMOS INITIA Co.,Ltd. The appraised NOI yield is 4.3%, and occupancy stood at 94.5% as of the end of February 2026.

The property is located about a 13-minute walk from JR Kawasaki Station on the Keihin-Tohoku Line. Kawasaki Station offers direct access to Yokohama Station in about eight minutes and to Tokyo Station in about 18 minutes, providing strong commuting convenience.
