Sankei Building Sells Rental Apartment Building Near Nakano-Fujimicho Station

Sankei Building sold LUFON PROGRES Nakano-Fujimicho The Residence, a rental apartment building in Wada 1-chome, Suginami-ku, Tokyo, in May 2026. In conjunction with the sale, a trust was established and the trust beneficiary interest was transferred to M-SMY Investment GK.

The property is an eight-minute walk from Nakano-fujimicho Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, in an area lined with detached houses and low-rise apartment buildings. Completed in 2021, the building has three floors above ground and one below, with 67 units. LUFON PROGRES is Sankei Building's rental residence brand, and the company had developed the property and owned it since completion.
