FLUX to Relocate Headquarters to Tokyo Midtown Tower Amid Rapid Expansion
Tokyo-based AI transformation company FLUX announced that it will relocate its headquarters from PMO Shibuya II to Tokyo Midtown Tower on June 16, 2025, in response to its accelerating business growth. The new office will span approximately 676 tsubo (approx. 23,800 sq. ft.), representing a fivefold increase over its current premises, and will feature premium-grade specifications to accommodate the company’s expanding workforce and diversified business portfolio.
Ahead of the relocation, FLUX raised JPY 4.4 billion in a Series B extension round on June 3, backed by investors including DNX Ventures and Salesforce Ventures. This brings the company’s total funding to JPY 10 billion. The newly raised capital will be allocated toward talent acquisition, AI product development, marketing, and the buildout of the new headquarters—positioning the office move as a direct deployment of its growth capital.
Founded in 2018, FLUX has diversified its operations across several core businesses, including the automated ad distribution platform “FLUX AutoStream,” AI consulting service “FLUX Insight,” and recruitment solution “FLUX Agent.” In 2024, the company acquired Pomalo and BLY PROJECT as subsidiaries, with group-wide headcount growing 2.2 times in two years to reach approximately 300 employees. To support both talent attraction and productivity, FLUX opted for a large-scale office with superior location and amenities.
The new office will be zoned by function—workspaces, client reception, and event areas—and will feature a multipurpose hall named “FLUX LOUNGE” with a capacity of around 80, as well as numerous soundproof booths for individual use. Designed to support hybrid work and foster external collaboration, the space aims to further enhance FLUX’s recruiting power, organizational cohesion, and brand equity.
