Nomura Real Estate to Open “OUKAS Urawa Harigaya,” Its First Senior Rental Residence in Saitama’s Urawa Ward

Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Nomura Real Estate Wellness Co., Ltd. will open OUKAS Urawa Harigaya on February 1, 2026, in Urawa Ward, Saitama City, as the eighth property in their health-oriented senior rental residence brand “OUKAS.” This will be the first OUKAS property located in Urawa Ward. The property will comprise a total of 131 units.
The building is a six-story reinforced concrete structure situated on a site of approximately 1,070 tsubo.
