Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Nomura Real Estate Wellness Co., Ltd. will open OUKAS Urawa Harigaya on February 1, 2026, in Urawa Ward, Saitama City, as the eighth property in their health-oriented senior rental residence brand “OUKAS.” This will be the first OUKAS property located in Urawa Ward. The property will comprise a total of 131 units.

The building is a six-story reinforced concrete structure situated on a site of approximately 1,070 tsubo. Unit sizes range from 25 to 63 square meters, offering a wide variety of layouts from studios to two-bedroom units.
