Located in Higashi 3-chome, Shibuya Ward, an eight-minute walk from Ebisu Station, the property combines setup office space for startups and growing companies with restaurant space.
The property is a 10-story steel-frame building above ground with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 597 tsubo (approx. 21,260 sq. ft.).
