ORIX JREIT Inc. has acquired the trust beneficiary interests in two properties: the Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre Midosuji and the Prime Shinyokohama Building.

The Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre Midosuji, branded under IHG, is located a 3-minute walk from Osaka Metro Hommachi Station and a 6-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station. Completed in 2019, the 21-story hotel offers a gross floor area of 10,200.29㎡ (approx. 109,800 sq. ft.). The acquisition price was JPY 22.516 billion, and the property was handed over on October 21.

The Prime Shinyokohama Building is a 10-story office property with two basement levels, situated a 3-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama Station. Completed in 1995, it has a gross floor area of approximately 3,535 tsubo (approx. 415,000 sq. ft.). The acquisition price was JPY 9.25 billion, with closing scheduled for November 20.
