CRE and Fukuoka Jisho to Jointly Develop “LogiSquare Tosu II” in Tosu Industrial Park

CRE, Inc. and Fukuoka Jisho Co., Ltd. announced on October 1 the joint development of LogiSquare Tosu II within the Tosu Industrial Park. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of September 2026.

The property is located approximately 2 km from the “Ogori Tosu Minami” Smart IC, about 5 km from the “Tosu” IC, and roughly a 9-minute walk from JR Kagoshima Main Line Tosu Station. The two-story, multi-tenant logistics facility will have a gross floor area of about 11,064 tsubo (approx. 36,560 sq. m) and can accommodate up to four tenants per floor.
