On May 31, 2025, Obayashi Corporation announced the completion of “OAK LOGISTICS CENTER Nagoya,” an urban logistics facility located in Mizuho Ward, Nagoya City.
Situated approximately 4 km from central Nagoya and about 1 km from the Takatsuji exit of the Nagoya Expressway, the property offers strategic access for both regional distribution across the Kanto and Kansai areas and last-mile delivery within the city. The four-story, steel-structure building has a gross floor area of approximately 7,085 tsubo (approx. 234,200 sq. ft.) and is divisible into two leaseable sections.
