X STAR Relocates Headquarters to Atago Green Hills MORI Tower to Strengthen ICT Infrastructure and Accelerate Fintech-Driven Mobility Services

X STAR Inc., a mobility-focused fintech platform specializing in personal car leaseback services, will relocate its headquarters to the 38th floor of Atago Green Hills MORI Tower in Minato-ku, Tokyo, effective July 22, 2025. Operations will commence on the same day.

The move aims to expand business capacity and enhance organizational functions by establishing a state-of-the-art development environment with secure, high-speed networks and adaptable meeting spaces that promote collaboration. By improving responsiveness to its rapidly growing customer and partner base and providing a workplace that accommodates increased staffing, the company seeks to accelerate its mission of “making the future of mobility comfortable through AI × fintech.”

Atago Green Hills MORI Tower, completed in 2001, is a high-grade office property located a three-minute walk from Onarimon Station on the Toei Mita Line and a four-minute walk from Kamiyacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. The building rises 42 stories above ground, with standard floor plates of approximately 464 tsubo (approx. 15,350 sq. ft.) and a ceiling height of 2,800 mm.

Founded in March 2023, X STAR operates “Kuruma-ne,” a personal car leaseback service that allows vehicle owners to liquidate their cars while continuing to use them under a lease agreement. In April 2025, the company joined Yamada Holdings’ “Yamada Mobility Business Platform (YMBP)” as an initial partner, integrating its leaseback service as “Yamada’s Personal Car Leaseback powered by Kuruma-ne.” The service provides fintech solutions enabling users to secure immediate funds while continuing to drive their own vehicles.
