Toda Completes Multitenant Logistics Facility in Yamato-Koriyama, Nara Prefecture

Toda Corp. completed TODA Park Hanna, a multitenant logistics facility it had been developing in Yamato-Koriyama, Nara Prefecture, on May 29, 2026. The facility opened June 1, and tenant leasing is underway.

The facility consists of one multitenant logistics warehouse and six single-story hazardous materials warehouses. The multitenant logistics warehouse has four floors above ground and a Gross Floor Area of approximately 24,108 tsubo (approx. 857,800 sq. ft.). It can be divided for use starting from a minimum of approximately 1,000 tsubo (approx. 35,600 sq. ft.), and features direct truck access to each floor via a single ramp, as well as a maisonette-style configuration. The site also includes a cafeteria and an unmanned convenience store, with consideration given to the work environment.

The facility is located near the Koriyama interchange on the Nishi-Meihan Expressway and provides access by car to the Matsubara junction in about 20 minutes. It is situated at a junction of the Nishi-Meihan Expressway, the Keinawa Expressway and the Nara Bypass, supporting wide-area distribution not only to Osaka, Kyoto and Wakayama, but also toward Nagoya.

In Nara Prefecture, the supply of large-scale logistics facilities has been limited compared with Osaka and Hyogo. Toda has handled investment and development projects in the Kansai area, including Nishinomiya Kita Logistics Facility and MAKE A GOOD LOGI Amagasaki, and this facility is its third such property. Within a 15-kilometer radius of the facility, no leased logistics facilities capable of storing hazardous materials could be confirmed, and the property is expected to capture demand for hazardous materials storage and distribution in the Kansai region, according to a survey by the editorial team based on estie Logistics Research.
