Advance Housing Acquires Office Building in Nakatsu, Osaka

Advance Housing acquired Celecourt Nakatsu, an office building in Toyosaki 2-chome, Kita-ku, Osaka, in February 2026. The seller was Three A Corporation.

Completed in 1993, the nine-story property has a gross floor area of approximately 146 tsubo (approx. 5,200 sq. ft.).
