ICHIKEN Co., Ltd. announced on August 7, 2026, that it will sell trust beneficiary interests in Best Western Hotel Fino Tokyo Akasaka, a hotel in Akasaka 3-chome, Minato Ward, Tokyo. The sale and purchase agreement is scheduled to be signed on August 20, with delivery on September 1.
The building has 13 above-ground floors and one basement level, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 721 tsubo (approx. 25,700 sq. ft.). It is located a three-minute walk from both Akasaka Station and Akasaka-mitsuke Station on the Tokyo Metro.
