Eslead Hotel Management Opens Apartment Hotel in Naniwa Ward, Osaka
Eslead Hotel Management Co., Ltd. opened Eslead Hotel Namba Daikokucho Annex, an apartment hotel in Daikoku 2-chome, Naniwa Ward, Osaka City, on July 18, 2026. This is the 14th property under the company's "Eslead Hotel" brand.
The hotel is located a two-minute walk from "Daikokucho" Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and Yotsubashi Line, directly across the street from the existing Eslead Hotel Namba Daikokucho. The building is 11 stories above ground, with guest rooms in four types ranging from 57 to 81 square meters. It is one stop from the Namba area, and the hotel anticipates demand from families and groups for sightseeing and extended stays.
The hotel adopts tablet-based smart check-in for its operations, while staff stationed at the main building across the street handle emergencies and other situations. By coordinating with the main building, the hotel combines unmanned operation with in-person support.
