Tokyu Livable will relocate its Kansai Branch and the Kansai Branch Consulting Sales Department to Grand Front Osaka Tower A. The Kansai Branch will occupy the 14th floor, while the Consulting Sales Department will be located on the 17th floor, with operations scheduled to begin on November 27. The new offices sit within a major mixed-use complex directly connected to JR Osaka Station, and are a 3-minute walk from Osaka Metro Midosuji Line Umeda Station and a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Osaka-Umeda Station.

Grand Front Osaka is part of the Umekita redevelopment district, a large-scale station-front revitalization project built on the former Umeda Freight Yard site. The complex comprises office space, retail, the Knowledge Capital innovation hub, hotel and serviced residences, and for-sale residences, forming a major urban mixed-use hub that integrates business, retail, and community functions.

Tokyu Livable operates a nationwide network of approximately 230 offices spanning sales and leasing brokerage. The Kansai Branch Consulting Sales Department focuses on brokerage of commercial and income-producing properties across the Kansai region.
