Center Point Development to Build Logistics Facility in Fukuoka

Center Point Development Inc. has announced plans to develop a logistics facility, “CPD Fukuoka,” in Kasuya Town, Fukuoka Prefecture. This will be the company’s first project on land designated as a reserved parcel under a land readjustment program.
The property is located about 1 kilometer from the Fukuoka interchange on the Kyushu Expressway and National Route 201. The four-story building will offer a gross floor area of approximately 13,000 tsubo (approx. 429,000 sq. ft.). Construction is slated to begin in February 2026, with completion expected in May 2027.
The facility is designed with leasing flexibility in mind, with each floor offering about 3,000 tsubo (approx. 99,000 sq. ft.) of space. It can be divided into as many as six sections, with units ranging from 1,600 tsubo (approx. 53,000 sq. ft.).
