Yokohama Logistics Facility Completed in Isogo by Tokyo Gas Real Estate

Tokyo Gas Real Estate has completed Staria Isogo, a logistics facility it had been developing in Yokohama’s Isogo ward, on March 31, 2026. It is the first logistics facility the company has developed on its own. Located near the Port of Yokohama area, the property supports urban distribution to the port area and major logistics hubs in Yokohama. It is also about 1.3 kilometers from the Isogo interchange on the Metropolitan Expressway Bayshore Route, enabling wide-area distribution.

The facility is a four-story, steel-frame, box-type warehouse with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 6,121 tsubo (approx. 669,100 sq. ft.). It was developed as a build-to-suit facility tailored to the requirements of specific tenants, meeting the needs of Naigai Nitto and Nissin Logistics. Foam fire-suppression systems have been installed on the first and fourth floors, enabling the storage of designated combustible materials. The second and third floors are temperature-controlled warehouses set at 10°C and 20°C, respectively. In terms of specifications, the facility has a floor load capacity of 2.0 tons per square meter and a clear height of 5.5 meters, with two freight elevators, two vertical conveyors and two passenger elevators. On the environmental front, the facility uses Solar Advance, a service provided by Tokyo Gas Engineering Solutions, to utilize solar-generated power within the facility and make use of surplus electricity.

Tokyo Gas Real Estate has focused its business on rental housing, office leasing and large-scale redevelopment projects. In logistics facilities, the company previously participated in T-LOGI Tsurugashima, a joint project with Tokyo Tatemono, but Staria Isogo marks its first development undertaken independently. Under the Tokyo Gas Group’s medium-term management plan for fiscal 2026 to 2028, the company plans to continue developing a diverse range of assets, including logistics facilities, and making effective use of its owned land.
