MEDCOM, Inc. to Relocate Headquarters to Toyosu Forecia in September

MEDCOM, Inc. announced on August 20, 2025, that it will relocate its headquarters from the Hamamatsucho Building to Toyosu Forecia effective September 1, 2025.

The new office building is a one-minute walk from Toyosu Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and a six-minute walk from Toyosu Station on the Yurikamome Line. Completed in July 2014, the property rises 16 stories above ground with two basement levels and offers a gross floor area of approx. 30,705 tsubo (approx. 101,500 sq. m / 1.09 million sq. ft.). The property features 2,850 mm ceiling heights, six-zone air-cooled PAC systems per floor with individual controls, 150 mm raised floors, and a total of 25 elevators (22 passenger, three freight).

MEDCOM provides a secure communication platform that advances digital transformation in the medical field. In July 2023, the company raised JPY 3.9 billion in a Series C funding round. With the relocation, MEDCOM will expand its office space by approximately 1.3 times compared to its previous location, aiming to enhance employee satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and foster stronger organizational cohesion.
