AIG Japan Holdings to Relocate Headquarters to Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower

AIG Japan Holdings KK announced on October 14, 2025, that it will relocate the headquarters of AIG General Insurance and several other group companies to “Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower” in Minato Ward, Tokyo. The relocation will begin in phases starting in November 2025, with full operations at the new location scheduled to commence in January 2026. 　

The relocation involves AIG Japan Holdings KK, AIG General Insurance Company, Ltd., American Home Assurance Co., Ltd., and AIG Business Partners KK.
