LEGALAND Sakura-Shinmachi ANNEX, a designer rental apartment building developed by LeTech of the Sumitomo Forestry Group, was completed on March 13, 2026, in Tsurumaki 4-chome, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. Located an eight-minute walk from Sakura-Shinmachi Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line, the property comprises a total of 15 units.
