Transfer Data Relocates Headquarters to Shiba Wakamatsu Building in Minato Ward

Transfer Data Inc., provider of the business travel management cloud service “AI Travel,” relocated its headquarters on September 1 from Orbis Shiba Park Building in Minato Ward to Shiba Wakamatsu Building.

The new office is located along Daiichi Keihin Avenue, a seven-minute walk from JR Tamachi Station, a seven-minute walk from Toei Asakusa Line Mita Station, and a five-minute walk from Toei Mita Line Mita Station. The building, completed in 1986, is a 10-story structure with one basement level, offering a gross floor area of approximately 694 tsubo (approx. 22,940 sq. ft.) and standard floor plates of about 56.42 tsubo (approx. 1,865 sq. ft.).

The company said the move was made to accommodate business expansion by consolidating its work area on a single floor to strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, accelerate decision-making, and improve operational quality, while also enhancing recruitment to reinforce its organizational structure.
