Mori Trust Co., Ltd. announced on October 30, 2025, that it has acquired the land and buildings of “Hakone Gora Onsen Yutorelo-an” and “Yutorelo-an ANNEX,” both located in Gora, Hakone, Kanagawa Prefecture.

“Yutorelo-an” is a four-story hotel located a two-minute walk from Nakagora Station on the Hakone Tozan Cable Car, featuring a gross floor area of approximately 3,752 sq. m (approx. 40,370 sq. ft.) and 34 guest rooms. “Yutorelo-an ANNEX” is situated a one-minute walk from the same station, with one basement floor and five above-ground floors, offering a gross floor area of approximately 1,567 sq. m (approx. 16,870 sq. ft.) and 18 guest rooms.
