Pregio Group Begins Construction of "Pregio Kita-Ayase ASIAN" in Adachi Ward, Tokyo

Basis Co., Ltd., a group company of Pregio Co., Ltd., started construction on "Plezio Kita-Ayase ASIAN", a rental apartment in Oyanata 3-chome, Adachi-ku, Tokyo, on July 14, 2025. Completion is scheduled for September 2026. The project features a reinforced concrete, seven-story building with 38 units and a gross floor area of 3,033.41 sqm (approx. 32,647 sq. ft.).　

Located a 13-minute walk from Kita-Ayase Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, the property will offer 1LDK and 2LDK units ranging from 52.69 to 73.23 sqm (approx. 567–788 sq. ft.), all designed with out-pole construction and walk-in closets in every unit.
