Sumitomo Forestry Residential Sells Rental Apartment Building in Osaka’s Nishi Ward

Sumitomo Forestry Residential has sold “City Arena Awaza Nishi,” a rental apartment building in Sakaigawa, Nishi Ward, Osaka, to M’s Corporation. The transaction involves the sale of an older residential asset that the Sumitomo Forestry Group had held for more than 20 years.

The property is a 10-story rental apartment building with SRC and RC construction, located a nine-minute walk from Bentencho Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line and Osaka Metro Chuo Line. It was completed in June 1992, has a total of 113 units, and a Gross Floor Area of approximately 1,132 tsubo (approx. 40,270 sq. ft.).

Seller Sumitomo Forestry Residential is a subsidiary of Sumitomo Forestry and has a track record of managing approximately 47,000 rental units.
