Sumitomo Forestry Residential has sold “City Arena Awaza Nishi,” a rental apartment building in Sakaigawa, Nishi Ward, Osaka, to M’s Corporation. The transaction involves the sale of an older residential asset that the Sumitomo Forestry Group had held for more than 20 years.
The property is a 10-story rental apartment building with SRC and RC construction, located a nine-minute walk from Bentencho Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line and Osaka Metro Chuo Line.
