Open House Real Estate has acquired Dai-6 Hase Building, a rental apartment building located in Shinsakae 2-chome, Naka Ward, Nagoya. The seller, B-Arms, is a company whose core business is the processing and sale of steel materials for construction work and that also operates a real estate business. It had acquired the property in 2023.
