M&A Shokei Kiko Relocates Office to Shinagawa Station Area in Minato Ward

M&A Shokei Kiko, an M&A advisory firm within the TWOSTONE&Sons group, relocated its office on March 2, 2026, to the W Building in Konan, Minato Ward.

Its parent company, TWOSTONE&Sons, is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market. For the fiscal year ended August 2025, it reported revenue of approximately JPY 18.1 billion and achieved operating profit of more than JPY 0.8 billion, up 72.7% year over year, with an 11-company group structure. The company positions the fiscal year ending August 2026 as an “integration and accelerated growth phase,” targeting revenue growth of more than 30% and operating profit growth of more than 60%. M&A Shokei Kiko provides business succession support by combining its engineer network and DX promotion expertise with M&A know-how, and this relocation was carried out to accommodate headcount growth tied to business expansion.

It underwent a major renovation from 2016 to 2017. In the Shinagawa Station Konan Exit area, a large-scale renovation of the commercial zone at Shinagawa Intercity is underway, with overall completion scheduled for March 2026.
