Kuruma Terrace Relocates Headquarters to Atago Green Hills MORI Tower

Kuruma Terrace relocated its headquarters on Feb. 1, 2026, to the 20th floor of Atago Green Hills MORI Tower in Minato Ward, Tokyo. In the four years since its founding, the company has grown to JPY 5.0 billion in revenue and expanded headcount from five employees at launch to 85. This marks its second office move, following a previous relocation from Akasaka to the Emitas Toranomon Building.
Founded in October 2020, the company is a startup focused on credit-rebuilding loan services. It provides support for customers who are unable to pass auto loan screening, helping them rebuild their credit profiles by establishing repayment track records. After launching the service in May 2021, it expanded in earnest into Tokyo in 2022 and formed a capital alliance with Bullpath Capital in September 2024. The company has since advanced regional hub openings and a brick-and-mortar rollout.
Kuruma Terrace positions the new headquarters as a core hub that consolidates key functions—customer consultation, underwriting/screening, and recruiting and training—and will serve as the nationwide expansion hub. With a focus on expanding physical locations in areas underserved by public transportation, the company aims to build a cross-functional support model spanning finance, employment, and mobility, using Atago as its base.
