Haseko Sogo Kaihatsu Completes Rental Apartment Building in Nagoya’s Imaike Area

Haseko Sogo Kaihatsu and Nankai Real Estate have completed “Reneflats Imaike Ekimae South,” a newly built rental apartment property in Imaike, Chikusa Ward, Nagoya, with 97 units. The property is located a four-minute walk from Imaike Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Higashiyama and Sakura-dori lines, offering direct access to Nagoya Station in 10 minutes and Sakae Station in five minutes, providing strong access to central Nagoya. The project redeveloped the former parking lot site of the old Aeon Imaike store. The property is a 15-story reinforced concrete building completed in March 2026.

Unit layouts range from 1DK to 2LDK across seven types. Exclusive area ranges from 28.21 to 63.57 sq m (approx. 304 to 684 sq. ft.), allowing the property to serve a broad range of residential demand from single-person households to two-person households. In addition to providing “the Node,” a working lounge, on the first floor, the property is also planning to introduce mobility sharing, enhancing the value of its common areas.
