Vertex Expands Smart-Home Strategy With Completion of Belseed Alpha Ayase

Vertex co., ltd., a Tokyo-based real estate investment and consulting firm, announced the completion of a new rental apartment property, “Belseed Alpha Ayase”, in Katsushika Ward, Tokyo, in July 2025.

The property is located an 11-minute walk from Ayase Station on both the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line and the JR Joban Line. The four-story reinforced concrete building comprises a total of 42 units.

Vertex has partnered with LinkJapan, a provider of home IoT platforms, to equip all units with smart-home devices. Through the integrated “Home Link” application, residents can remotely control lighting and air conditioning, as well as access door/window sensors and smart cameras. Vertex plans to use this project as a model case to further expand smart-home features across its future developments.
