Tokyo Gas Real Estate announced on September 4, 2025, the completion of its rental apartment property Latierra Nakano Arai.

The property is located a 10-minute walk from Nakano Station on the JR Chuo and Sobu lines and the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, and a 9-minute walk from Arai Yakushi-mae Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.
