Pregio Breaks Ground on Two “Asian Resort”-Themed Rental Apartment Projects in Higashiosaka and Amagasaki

Pregio Co., Ltd. broke ground on two rental apartment projects simultaneously in Higashiosaka City and Amagasaki City on January 5, 2026. Both properties adopt an “Asian resort” design concept and are scheduled for completion in June 2027.

“Pregio Fuse ASIAN II” is located approximately a three-minute walk from Fuse Station on the Kintetsu Osaka and Nara lines. The building is a 14-story reinforced concrete structure with 78 residential units, all configured as 1LDK units of approximately 38.8 sq. m (approx. 418 sq. ft.).
