Pregio Breaks Ground on Two “Asian Resort”-Themed Rental Apartment Projects in Higashiosaka and Amagasaki

Pregio Co., Ltd. broke ground on two rental apartment projects simultaneously in Higashiosaka City and Amagasaki City on January 5, 2026. Both properties adopt an “Asian resort” design concept and are scheduled for completion in June 2027.

Pregio Fuse ASIAN II” is located approximately a three-minute walk from Fuse Station on the Kintetsu Osaka and Nara lines. The building is a 14-story reinforced concrete structure with 78 residential units, all configured as 1LDK units of approximately 38.8 sq. m (approx. 418 sq. ft.). The project has a Gross Floor Area of approximately 1,171 tsubo (approx. 41,500 sq. ft.) and a site area of approximately 258 tsubo (approx. 9,200 sq. ft.). The entrance hall will feature hand-carved stone carvings created by craftsmen from Bali.

Pregio Amagasaki ASIAN” is located about a five-minute walk from Amagasaki Station on the Hanshin Main Line and Hanshin Namba Line. The property is a 15-story reinforced concrete building with 84 residential units, offering two unit types: 1DK units of approximately 29.8 sq. m (approx. 321 sq. ft.) and 1LDK units of approximately 40.3 sq. m (approx. 434 sq. ft.).

Around Fuse Station, the opening of the planned arterial road Takaida–Nagado Line in September 2024 has improved access to the station area. With travel time to Osaka-Namba Station of approximately nine minutes via the Kintetsu Nara Line, the area offers strong connectivity to central Osaka and is expected to see solid rental demand from single-person households.

In contrast, the area surrounding Hanshin Amagasaki Station has been undergoing redevelopment through a public-private partnership framework since Amagasaki City and Hanshin Electric Railway entered into a town development agreement in 2021. The station-front Central Park completed a major renovation in March 2025, and a new home stadium for the Hanshin Tigers’ farm team is scheduled to open within the same year, enhancing the area’s overall drawing power.
