Nomura Real Estate to Launch “kaiwaii akasaka” Food Hall with Rooftop Bar at H¹O Akasaka in October

Nomura Real Estate and Nomura Real Estate Retail Properties announced they will open a new food hall, “kaiwaii akasaka,” inside the serviced office building H¹O Akasaka on October 29.

The property is located a three-minute walk from Tokyo Metro’s Akasaka-mitsuke Station and a five-minute walk from Akasaka Station. Rising 13 stories above ground with a gross floor area of approx. 1,584.76 tsubo (approx. 52,400 sq. ft.), the development marks the first H¹O property to feature a retail component. The food hall will house 13 tenants, with a rooftop bar on the top floor.
