Real Gate To Open Retail and Office Building in Ikejiri-Ohashi

Real Gate will open “ECLINE,” a retail and office building it is developing in Ohashi 1-chome, Meguro Ward, Tokyo, in August 2026. Completion is scheduled for May 2026. The property will be the company’s 11th project to be planned and operated in the Nakameguro and Ikejiri-Ohashi area, where it has been building a dominant presence.

The property will be a 10-story steel-frame building with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 335 tsubo (approx. 36,600 sq. ft.). It is located a seven-minute walk from Ikejiri-Ohashi Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line and near Sumitomo Realty & Development’s Aobadai Tower. The building will feature retail space on the first floor, service shop space on the second floor and office floors on the third through 10th floors, offering 25 compact office units ranging from approximately 6 tsubo (approx. 650 sq. ft.) to approximately 14 tsubo (approx. 1,500 sq. ft.).
