Keikyu to Launch First Student Apartment “Prime Graine Yokohama Kirihata”

Keikyu Corporation has launched a new residential initiative targeting students, with leasing for its first rental apartment building, “Prime Graine Yokohama Kirihata,” opening on August 22, 2025.
The property is located a 12-minute walk from JR Yokohama Station, and just a 5-minute walk from both Keikyu Main Line’s Kanagawa Station and Tokyu Toyoko Line’s Tammachi Station, offering access to three stations and 11 lines.
This marks Keikyu’s first use of a wooden-frame apartment construction method, adopting Mitsui Home’s “MOCXION” wooden apartment system. The building is designed to reduce primary energy consumption by over 20% and has obtained ZEH-M Oriented certification. In addition, electricity supplied to the common areas will be sourced from renewable energy with “Green Power Certificates” for the first three years after completion.
Operations will be handled under the UniLife brand by J.S.B.Co.,Ltd., which develops, leases, and manages student housing nationwide.
