Prologis announced the completion of Prologis Park Okayama, a four-story logistics facility in Okayama City. Daiwa Logistics is set to lease the entire building as the sole tenant.

Located about 3.5 kilometers from the Hayashima Interchange and 9 kilometers from the Kurashiki Interchange, the property offers a gross floor area of approximately 10,671 tsubo (approx. 352,800 sq. ft.), making it one of the largest rental logistics facilities in the city.
