In recent years, there has been a series of new small to midsize office building deliveries in the area. Nomura Real Estate Development’s serviced office H¹O Hatchobori was completed in March 2025, followed by NTT Urban Development’s setup office owns Hatchobori in July of the same year. The vacancy rate for buildings within a five-minute walk of Hatchobori Station and with typical floor plates of 50 tsubo (approx. 5,500 sq. ft.) or less was below 3.0% as of April 2026, indicating that supply-demand conditions remain tight even for small to midsize office buildings.
