Core Concept Technologies Consolidates Osaka Bases at Umeda Dai Building
Core Concept Technologies (CCT) relocated its Osaka office to the 10th floor of the Umeda Dai Building in Umeda 3-chome, Kita Ward, Osaka City, on July 21, 2026. Group companies Pro-X and Digital Design Service also moved to the same floor, consolidating the bases of the three group companies that had been dispersed across the Osaka area.
The Umeda Dai Building, the relocation destination, is a four-minute walk from JR Osaka Station. Completed in 2000, the 23-story, three-basement building has a typical floor plate of approximately 343 tsubo (approx. 12,200 sq. ft.). The Sojitz Group's Osaka bases are concentrated on the building's upper floors.
Before the relocation, CCT's Osaka office was based in Nishinakajima, Yodogawa Ward; Pro-X in Ebie, Fukushima Ward; and Digital Design Service in Nishitenma, Kita Ward, all in Osaka City. The three companies' bases were unified in the Umeda area, where corporate concentration is advancing against the backdrop of large-scale office supply such as JP Tower Osaka and Grand Green Osaka Park Tower.
In April 2024, CCT made Pro-X and Digital Design Service subsidiaries. Pro-X specializes in system development for the sales and logistics fields, while Digital Design Service specializes in implementation support for 3D CAD and product lifecycle management. About two years after making them subsidiaries, it has also integrated their physical bases, aiming to strengthen sales collaboration, talent recruitment, and communication within the group.
