Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate has opened its third “&Here” branded residential hotel, &Here SHINJUKU, on September 25. Following earlier properties in Ueno and Osaka Namba, this marks the brand’s second location in Tokyo. The property is operated by subsidiary NSKRE Hospitality.
The hotel is located a three-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Shinjuku-sanchome Station, six minutes from Shinjuku-gyoemmae Station, and 12 minutes from JR Shinjuku Station.
