Tokyo Tatemono Completes T-LOGI Minami-Funabashi, Its Largest T-LOGI Facility in Kanto, in Narashino
T-LOGI Minami-Funabashi, a multi-tenant logistics facility that Tokyo Tatemono has been developing in Akanehama, Narashino, Chiba Prefecture, was completed on September 30, 2026. With a gross floor area of approximately 29,158 tsubo (approx. 1,037,500 sq. ft.), it is the largest completed property in Kanto under the company's T-LOGI logistics facility brand.
The property is located approximately 0.1 km from Yatsu-Funabashi IC on the Higashi-Kanto Expressway and approximately 0.8 km from Hanawa IC on the Keiyo Road, and is approximately an 11-minute walk from Minami-Funabashi Station on the JR Keiyo Line. The four-story ramp-type facility has maisonette-style third and fourth floors. It can be divided into up to 12 units, with the smallest unit measuring approximately 847 tsubo (approx. 30,100 sq. ft.). In Funabashi, T-LOGI Funabashi Minami-Kaijin (gross floor area of approximately 3,100 tsubo (approx. 110,300 sq. ft.)), a refrigerated and frozen facility being co-developed with Mitsui & Co. Urban Development, is scheduled for completion in October 2027 and is expected to be fully leased when it begins operations. In Akanehama, Narashino, the (Tentative Name) Shin-Narashino Ekimae Logistics Facility Project, with a gross floor area of approximately 27,300 tsubo (approx. 971,400 sq. ft.), is scheduled for completion in July 2028.
