Canary Relocates Headquarters to Sumitomo Fudosan Tokyo Mita Garden Tower Amid Rapid Growth

On July 25, 2025, Canary Inc. announced the relocation of its headquarters to the 27th floor of Sumitomo Fudosan Tokyo Mita Garden Tower, a large-scale mixed-use high-rise in Minato-ku, Tokyo. The move, scheduled for August 2025, comes as the company doubles its workforce over the past year, aiming to strengthen its organizational structure and support further business expansion.

The new office space spans approximately 364.85 tsubo (approx. 12,065 sq. ft.), about 2.6 times larger than its previous location at PMO Kojimachi.

Founded in 2018, Canary is a real estate tech startup driving the digital transformation of rental transactions. Its ecosystem integrates the “CANARY” rental property search app with the “CANARY Cloud” SaaS platform, which streamlines customer relationship management, lead follow-up, electronic contracts, and payments for real estate agencies. In February 2024, the company raised approximately JPY 1 billion through a funding round with Credit Saison, bringing its total fundraising to approximately JPY 3.2 billion.
