Sohgo Housing Invests in SPC Acquiring Two Tokyo Multifamily Assets
Sohgo Housing announced on August 29 that it has invested in a special purpose company established to acquire two rental residential properties in Tokyo: Sangubashi Mansion in Shibuya Ward and Residence Shirokane Park Front in Minato Ward.
Sangubashi Mansion is located a five-minute walk from Hatsudai Station on the Keio Line and a six-minute walk from Sangubashi Station on the Odakyu Line. The property was completed in 1993, with seven floors above ground and two below, offering a gross floor area of approx. 9,610 sq. m. (approx. 103,400 sq. ft.).
