WeBridge Relocates Headquarters to Shinjuku Sumitomo Building
WeBridge has relocated its headquarters to the 20th floor of the Shinjuku Sumitomo Building, effective December 18, 2025. The company moved from the 49th floor of the Shinjuku Center Building in response to business expansion and the strengthening of its organizational structure.
WeBridge’s core businesses include digital marketing services such as MEO, SEO and LLMO, along with website development and operation management, recruitment consulting, and advertising agency services. The relocation was decided to accommodate headcount growth and to create an office environment that enables employees to perform at their full potential.
The new headquarters, Shinjuku Sumitomo Building, is directly connected to Tochomae Station on the Toei Oedo Line and is also within walking distance of JR Shinjuku Station. The property is a large-scale office building completed in 1974, with 52 floors above ground and four basement levels.
In the Nishi-Shinjuku area, a major redevelopment project around Shinjuku Station’s west exit is currently underway, led by Odakyu Electric Railway, Tokyo Metro, and Tokyu Land Corporation. The plan includes construction of a super high-rise mixed-use building with 48 floors and a height of approximately 260 meters on the former Odakyu Department Store site, with completion scheduled for March 2030. Many of the high-rise buildings developed in the area since the 1970s are now more than 50 years old, prompting the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Shinjuku Ward to formulate the “Nishi-Shinjuku District Redevelopment Policy” in 2023.
