Yagi Construction announced on September 2, 2025, that it has broken ground on the “DVC Kuki Logistics Center” in Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture. The project is commissioned by DVC Kuki TMK, with completion targeted for September 2026.

The property is located approximately 4.5 kilometers from the Tohoku Expressway “Kazo” IC, 7.0 kilometers from the “Kuki” IC, 8.3 kilometers from the Ken-O Expressway “Satte” IC, and 8.2 kilometers from the “Goka” IC.
