Hankyu Hanshin Properties Begins Construction of First “Logista” Logistics Facility in Osaka City

Hankyu Hanshin Properties announced the start of construction on “Logista Osaka Yodogawa,” the company’s first logistics project in Osaka City under its “Logista” brand. Construction commenced in October, with completion scheduled for 2027.

The property is located approximately 7.2 kilometers from both the Hanshin Expressway Route 11 Ikeda Line and the Meishin Expressway Toyonaka interchanges. The five-story facility will offer a gross floor area of about 5,200 tsubo (approx. 171,900 sq. ft.). It will accommodate up to two tenants and feature truck berths allowing 20 large 10-ton trucks to dock simultaneously on both the east and west sides. The facility is designed to achieve ZEB Ready certification through the use of LED lighting and high-efficiency HVAC systems.
