Prologis to Develop “Prologis Park Kiyama 2” in Saga Prefecture

Prologis announced plans to develop Prologis Park Kiyama 2, a new logistics facility in Miyaki-gun, Saga Prefecture.

The property is located approximately 1.5 kilometers from the Tosu Interchange and about 1.0 kilometer from JR Kagoshima Main Line’s “Yayoigaoka” Station. The facility will rise five stories above ground, with a planned gross floor area of approximately 30,000 tsubo (approx. 99,000 sq. ft.).

Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2027, with completion expected by the end of 2028. Upon completion, it will be one of the largest lease-based logistics facilities in the Tosu–Kiyama area.
