Sun Frontier Fudousan completed “+SHIFT Nihonbashi Sakura-dori,” a newly built fully set-up office building it had been developing in Nihonbashi 3-chome, Chuo Ward, Tokyo, in March 2026. The property opened in April.

The company has mainly focused on value-add renovation of existing small and midsize office buildings, but in this project it is expanding its “+SHIFT” series through new development.
